Saturday - Windy.

Pretty darn tired.

Friday - A decent day.

I went to Bakersfield for a friends son's graduation.  It was quite early, but the weather was just about perfect, and the school moved all 2,300 students through at quite a clip.  It all went very well.

When we came back we went to Tokyo Steak House for a celebratory dinner.

My leg was OK for the trip, so that's a nice thing to know.  Of course it's Captains seats in the van, but still - I wouldn't have been able to sit that long even a few weeks ago.

Thursday - Ugh.

Woke up feeling like I had the flu - worst reaction to a shot I've ever had.  Even the hair follicles hurt...

Wednesday - Cool and sprinkling.

Went into town and had lunch with S.  It's been months since we visited Dickies...

I then went into Kaiser and had a precautionary Shingles shot, using the Shingrix vaccine.  It's unclear to me if I am getting a booster shot later: I asked the nurse and she said "no", but the literature says "yes". I'll email the doctor and see.

Other than a sore shoulder no particular issues.

I had another Termite guy come out, and he's going to come out and make a real inspection later.

Sunday - Mothers day.  Reasonable weather.

R&S will pick up their dogs tomorrow.


I did not do shopping in the morning.
