Saturday - Nice weather. Working hard in the yard, trying to get the planters back into shape. One has essentially collapsed and needs rebuilding, the other is OK, but both need the soils taken out, amended, and put back in. A full day of work, and not done yet...

Friday - OTR. They are grinding and potholing, so (with the bosses permission) I headed home in the early afternoon.

Monday - OTR. Down to Saticoy for a brief reprise of the sewer rehab project.

It was hot, 90F, but not very challenging - they are digging and replacing mainline, so there are not a bunch of laterals to record.

Sunday - cool over night, I actually got up and turned off the house fan.

Calm and warm in the morning. I took the opportunity to do some laundry and the dishes.

I also did my taxes, or at least wrote out checks and dropped them in the mail.


The bad molar is aching again. The AB's ran out on Thursday, I was hoping for more than a day or two of relief. I think they have to knock the infection down before doing any work on it so I'll call them Monday and see if I can get a refill or perhaps something besides Erythomycin, which isn't doing much for me.
